Welcome to the wiki where we will explore questions that arise from our reading of The Last Newspaper Boy in America.

If you have any questions, put them here, with your name, if you want credit for them.

When I saw the name of this book, and saw that it was about a large conglomerate making a decision about a small town based solely on economics, I thought about how our world is changing and we are losing some of the amenities your parents and I grew up with, both in small and large towns. For example, some people say newspapers will all be online in the future. Some of you have begun to worry about having all e-books and you don't like that idea because you like real books--the ones you hold in your hand and smell and touch and feel. I wondered if this book would make YOU wonder what will change from your childhood to your adulthood.
